this is a current favorite for the bf and me. VERY simple to make:
- wash and cut. cut the “butts” off and cut in half.
- preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- drizzle oil and spices on the sprouts in the pan.
- bake/roast for 20 mins.
(if your oven is amazing like ours, then you’ll end up with some brussels sprouts chips too!!)
