paleo turkey bites

this isn’t quite the katsu recipe but it’s really similar

what you need:

  • turkey/chicken breast
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • garlic powder
  • ground ginger
  • sea salt

directions:

  1. cut meat into cubes and pat dry with a paper towel
  2. beat 2 eggs in a bowl
  3. in another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, ground ginger, and sea salt
  4. in a saucepan, heat coconut oil over medium heat
  5. coat meat in almond flour, then dip in eggs..then back into the almond flour
  6. when the oil is hot enough, put meat in saucepan to deep fry
  7. take out the meat when it’s brown and crispy
  8. enjoy this crunchy treat! 🙂
